I think we are finally experiencing a real winter around here... Aiden had his first outdoor soccer game of the season today. It was freezing. Literally, we had a few minutes during the game where snow was actually falling. Crazy. I think our boys had a really difficult time adjusting to the cold. Sadly, they did not win. The final score was 6-4. Aiden did score a beautiful goal taking a PK.

Obviously, Aiden was feeling MUCH better. Still going to make that appointment with a cardiologist though.. Better safe than sorry.

you have very motivating pictures to start working on yourself and get impotance of leg muscles now every modern person wants to look good and do nothing for this, I think this Upright Exercise Bike is a big problem, because training your body is a mandatory habit.
